Early we rise to go before the King
It's dark and quiet, 4 o'clock in the morning 
As our day begin Lord we present all petitions to you
Humbly bowing, and thankful too    

Our hearts are full, as we repent of any sins 
And also intercede for our family and friends 
We're so thankful for this opportunity to share
God you know just how much we care 

Peace, love and contentment consumes my heart 
Filling the place that was once dark
Praying together is inspiration for me
Renewing my hopes, my dreams, to be all I can be
  
Where there are two or more 
Gathered together giving God glory
And we all agree
Our prayer each day release blessings and sets us free

This time we share to pray each day
Builds us up in truth and faith 
It also confirms our love for a great God in every way
As we commit to this task each and everyday

Love is what drives us 
To deny our flesh, a few minutes of rest
This window of time for praying together
Is worth it, to be God's best!
