A Kind Wind

by SBoyson

The wind was kind today.. it blew gently enough
to rustle misic from the trees.
Or was that me wishing I were the wind?
I watched as the wind seductively teased your hair...
my heart fluttered.. anticipating the next breeze
for it signaled another exciting moment....
the chance to frame your face in my hands
then plants a kiss softly on the corner of your lips.
I envy the wind for being able to freely embrace you..
to touch you everywhere.. and often.

The wind was kind today
it allowed me to dream that I was it
and in that dream I lifted you into my arms and carried you
to a place far far away where the warm ocean breeze
swirled around you and pressed your silken garment
against every curve of your exquisite body.
I wished to be that breeze
as you raised your arms as if to embrace it.
I envy the wind for being able
to freely move about every inch of you
To touch you everywhere.. and often.

The wind was kind today
kind enough to take me with it
as it glided thru your open window.
Suspended above you.. I watched as you slept
then settled softly on your pillow next to you.
I trembled at the nearness of you...
for never had I been this close...
close enough to draw you up next to me.
Your sigh acknowledged and welcomed my presence.
I kissed each place as if it were the first time..
each time I kissed.. I kissed as though it were my last
Oh how I long to have the wind envy me..
as I.. move freely about every inch of you
touching you everywhere.. and often.
