It beat pounding the pavement for a job
or being stuck doing too much work with no benefits.
So you made the choice that you made...
and really thought this was it.
It's been good for most and better yet
than what life handed you before....
But now you know the oathes were real
and you are not free no more.
I hope you'd put your ducks in a row
and have looked out for those you love...
because from here on out, it's not up to man...
just the Lord above.
Many have thought what you may feel now,
in battles and conflicts of the past.
It was darkest before the dawn
and many victories' been won...
and so many prayers that your hopes will last. 
But you'd need not wonder if this is the end
or did you live and do mostly right, But enjoy
this 'freedom' that you have now...
and give to God your fight.
