This is truly an exciting election year. People from all walks of life, ages, different cultures, backgrounds, the rich, the poor, the middle class seem to be getting more and more involved. Soon very soon we will have a new President in the White House. Will there be a black President and Black First Lady this time around? Is America ready for this? Will America ever be ready? Obama's turning it up, turning it on, and turning it loose giving his all to bring that change to the Americans in the USA and around the world. Obama is no where near the understatements which we have listened to over and over being played out like a broken record.

Senator Obama has brilliance, perseverance, he's reputable and deserves chance to put his leadership where his mouth is! Obama is not perfect, he's entitled to his share of mistakes and some downfalls which he might stumble into. Many believe he cannot do any worse then the others who have lead or even mislead us. Obama has great education, knowledge, strengths, virtues, values, morals, weaknesses plus brains. Whether he wins or loses, Senator Obama is a champion and made his historical mark in the world for all that have eyes to see and all which have ears to hear. He will be added to history books. Obama excelled with his courage to dream and to carry his dream forward. Obama carries the torch lit by Sojourner Truth, Harriet Tubman, Fredrick Douglas, George Washington Carver, Crispus Attucks, Abe Lincoln, Mary Fields, James Weldon Johnson, Martin Luther King Jr., on and on. Who will be the best man to heal this country by providing better wages, more jobs, better education, health care, and uplifting America the beautiful.

Experience is important but we gather experience by living through and enduring hardships. In order to swim you have to get into the water...not just get your feet wet. We learn early we have to walk before we can run. Life without rain is a fluke. In America it will take all of us to mend what has been broken. It is important that you cast your vote. Vote for the man you feel can help Americans reap and keep what has been seeping away from us a little each and every day. People are losing their homes, bank accounts are closing, gas is a nightmare. Did I mention that good jobs are few and in between?

Should our troops be brought home? Soldiers which have been injuried should receive the best medical care possible. Unfortunately many troops will not be be here to see the change because they have already died fighting for freedom for you and me. I am hoping that all of us will choose and choose well.
