The Loneliness

by Anissa Se'Lang

Could I? Should I? Why try again?
When most men don't understand what it means to love from beginning to end-
Regardless of the lies that have been told and the games that have been played-
The loneliness prevails with each illicit escapade-
Standing in his shadows with only the scent of his cologne, thoughts of things past begins to unfold.
Simply holding his hands, the walks in the park, the nights on the beach and then it all fell apart-
What did I do? What should I have said?
I miss him so much – this loneliness I dread.
His charismatic whispers and the taste of his sweet lips-
As he gently rubs my thighs with his massive fingertips-Thrust after thrust I feel him growing inside-
Loneliness no more I silently scream with pride-
What can I do? What can I say? With one caress from his body, the loneliness fades away!
