I Was Lost But Now I Am Found |

Lost is a woman fighting against herself. High on reaching new heights by manipulating the integrity of others. She often claimed the devil made her do a lot of things. She believed in her wealth and earthly status. She kept things from her family and friends. Excuses for lying, bad behavior, and pride kept her from being the women she wanted so desperately to be. Idols of money and people consumed her time. She looked down on others who were not like her. She knew the devil was up to his tricks when she would commit to doing things she knew was wrong. It was not the devil; she reacted to her flesh being tempted. She allowed him access to her thoughts. He seduced her. He whispered sweet nothings in her ear, ticking her fancy. He took her home and made lust to her, baiting and drawing her away from her husband, Righteousness. She liked it and received it. She let it spread like yeast to bread. Boom, one day she decided to sleep with him. Now she is pregnant because she wore no protection (armor of God) 9 months later she is having a baby. She names it Sin. She nourshishes it and trained it to be everything she wasn't, it worked for awhile. No one could tell the difference between the two. By puberty Sin rebels. Lost was left hurting for the child she once loved. By adulthood Sin wanted to leave home. Reports came on the news showing Sin on a killing spree and on the run. Time passes and Sin aka “the fugitive" decided to come home and pair its mother up with its bastard brother and sister, Sexual Immorality and Cardinality. They took Lost to dark places where there was no light. She stayed there hidden for years. One day a man named Jesus approached her. He tells her the truth about the darkness. He cleans her up and put fresh clothes on her. He wasn't alone, his best friend Love was with Him. Finally Lost was found and felt free. But she had a big mess to clean up. Sin, Sexual Immorality and Cardinality keep on trying to come over and fellowship. Jesus gave her some advice to live by; anyone who meets challenges and endures testing head on is mighty. That type of loyalty to the Love he introduced her to, will give her a life rich with rewards, such as peace, joy, forgiveness and strong faith. Lost is now free but scared. Jesus tells her Love cast out all fear and she should worry about nothing. She believes in Jesus. Now thinking clearly and full of hope, Lost went to the courthouse got a divorce and changed her name. She now keeps her mind focused on teachings of Jesus and allows Love to take care of her. There is no condemnation and now she is finally free. Oh, and by the way her new name is Angie. |
