I'm inside a box and no one can help me.
This is my challenge,
To walk out of it.
And come face to face with the world.
To take in the things that are thrown at me 
and answer with some thing hard as a rock 
to rip them into pieces.
I'm in side a box and no one can hear me.
It's like the words want to slip through my lips 
but my mind holds it back and I answered 
with the shake of my head and walk off.
I'm inside a box and no one can help me breathe. 
I'm choking on my own troubles and I have had enough. 
I quit trying to be something I'm not, 
I want to spread my wings and fly.
